Beds4Kidz is a branch of UpB4theSon Ministries and Charities. Their mission is to see that every child in New Mexico sleeps in a clean, comfortable bed. Their motto is: No More Sleeping On The Floor! Unfortunately, the percentage of children in New Mexico living in poverty is the highest in the nation. The families they serve may be recovering from homelessness, domestic violence, fire, disease or the death of a parent. They also serve foster and adoptive parents who graciously accept children into their home and grandparents taking on the responsibility of raising their grandchildren. To date they have placed over 3,800 people in new or gently used beds, free of charge and are on target to reach the 5,000 total in 2018.

CEBRAIS For the last 34 years, Asociacion Mayaguezana de Personas con Impedimentos’s (AMPI) mission has been to develop and provide direct services programs for a very specific and vulnerable population; adults with developmental disabilities. CEBRAIS is a daily activities center where parents drop off their adult children or AMPI provides transportation for them. In a very beautiful and specifically developed safe environment, they participate in sensory stimulation activities, recreational activities, individual sessions that might include speech and occupational therapy, they are provided with a healthy meal, the staff works on modifying some of the negative traits that make them less apt to be part of the community, and above all,  provide them with a safe and sound environment. While they receive these services, their parents, whose age range between 55 and 85, get a much needed respite time.

Community Kindness Movement The mission of Community Kindness Movement (CKM) is to empower a generation of World Changers!  The CKM was founded on the importance in providing children with the tools needed in building character with the core emphasis being Kindness. The program has a proven track record in reducing the number of bullying cases reported in schools over the last two years. The mission is to reduce the sobering statistics of Bullying throughout Idaho and to reduce Youth Suicide numbers. The CKM is a Community and School-wide kindness initiative in partnership with local medical facilities, the Idaho PTA Congress, PTO Organizations, business sponsors, other non-profits. The CKM Program has been implemented in twenty four schools throughout Idaho with educational tools and a “Kindness Begins with Me!”  Bullying Prevention Curriculum. Every life matters. Kindness can be a lifesaver.
