What is your favorite memory as a mother?
I brought my son to the children’s museum and a boy was bullying a lot of the kids and hoarding the toys. He did it to a little girl who then started to cry. My son went up to her and said, “you don’t need toys to have fun,” and then started a game of tag with her. Just melted my heart.
Are there any celebrity moms you would rate as a “Perfect 10?” Why?
Angela Bassett, as a mom she balances being an amazing career, philanthropy, being a mom who protects the image of her family and a wife. All while sharing tips on how to be fit and being a great example.
What is the best or worst “mom purchase” you’ve ever made and why?
A play pen (my son never stayed in it) and the box to warm up the wipes. Lol.
If you could know the absolute and total truth to one question, what would you ask?
Why is it so expensive to eat healthy and junk food is extremely cheap.
What is the craziest thing one of your kids has done?
My son just turned around while I was talking to my husband’s cousin and said mommy catch me and dropped himself back. I caught him miraculously but he just knew I would.
What was your biggest misconception about being a mom?
That my travels would come to an end but since my son has been 2months old my husband and I have been exploring the world with him. He is the best on planes and I love bringing him with me to conferences.
What is the most useless or unique talent you have?
Unique: I speak multiple languages and have traveled to many countries.
