“I HEART MOM” is a fundraiser for the Golden Rule Grant Fund of American Mothers that gives you the chance to send a message to the special moms in your life and thank them for being great friends and role models!
Each mom that you send a shout-out to will receive a special message!
Please carefully read the instructions:

2. When you have finished, click the link to go to checkout and submit your payment.
3. Enter the quantity of messages and gift memberships you are sending.
4. Submit your payment for the total amount.
